Terms of service

The app reads products from your Shopify store, generates new images from the main photo of each product using third-party AI services, and publishes the images you choose back to your products. You decide which images are generated and which are published.

You need an active Shopify store to use the app. You are responsible for the actions taken in your store through the app, including actions by your staff. Keep your Shopify credentials secure.

• The app runs on prepaid credits. You buy credits through Shopify Billing, and Shopify processes the payment. We never see your card details.
• A new store gets 50 free credits once, to try the app. Credits you buy later are separate.
• Credits are deducted when you start a generation. The amount depends on the quality level you choose and on how many images the run makes. A run over many products starts them a few at a time and charges each image as it is started, and a confirmation shows the most the run can cost before anything is charged.
• If the image provider reports that an image failed, or the image is still not made and saved after 15 minutes, the app cancels it and returns its credits to your balance, and the Credits page shows a refund. A finished image you do not like is not refunded.
• Images that were already started finish in the background even if you close or reload the page or leave it for another page of the app: the app saves each one when the image provider finishes it, normally within a few minutes, and the images show in their rows when you come back to the page. Products that were not started yet are not generated, and they are not charged. The Bulk Generate page that is open shows each image as it finishes. If a charge does not make sense to you, for example the credits of a failed image did not come back, or the app tells you it lost contact with the server, email [email protected] and we will review it.
• Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred between stores, and are not exchangeable for money.
• Prices and credit costs may change. A change to the price of credit packs applies to purchases made after the change. A change to how many credits an image costs applies to generations started after the change, including generations paid with credits you already hold.

If you believe you were charged in error, email [email protected] and we will review it. Refunds of purchased credits are handled case by case, and any refund is issued through Shopify.

We claim no ownership of the images the app generates for you. As between you and us, the generated images are yours to use, including commercially, subject to the terms of the AI providers listed in the privacy policy.

You keep ownership of everything you supply: your product photos, uploaded character images, and prompt text. By using the app you give us permission to process that material for the sole purpose of generating the images you asked for.

AI-generated images may not be eligible for copyright protection in every jurisdiction. We make no representation about the intellectual property status of a generated image, and you are responsible for confirming that your intended use is lawful where you operate.

You agree not to use the app to:

• Upload a photograph of a person without that person's consent to have their likeness used in generated images.
• Create images of identifiable public figures, or images that imply an endorsement that does not exist.
• Create images that misrepresent a product in a way that would mislead a buyer about what they will receive.
• Generate sexual content, content involving minors, hateful content, or anything unlawful where you operate.
• Upload material you do not have the rights to, including another brand's product photography.
• Interfere with the service, circumvent the credit system, or automate access outside the app interface.

We may suspend or terminate access to the app if it is used this way.

Generated images are produced by AI models and are not photographs. Output can contain errors, distortions, or details that differ from the real product. Review every image before publishing it. You are responsible for what appears on your store, including whether an image accurately represents the product being sold and whether it needs to be disclosed as AI-generated under the laws that apply to you.

We aim to keep the app running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The app depends on Shopify and on third-party AI services, and an outage or change at any of them can interrupt generation. We may modify or discontinue features, and we will give notice in the app where a change is material.

The app is provided as is, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost sales. Our total liability arising from your use of the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify admin. Uninstalling ends your access to the app. It does not refund unused credits by itself; refunds of purchased credits are handled as described above. Your images, characters and settings are kept for 14 days after you uninstall so that you can reinstall and carry on, and are then deleted; the privacy policy describes what is deleted, what is kept and the emails we send meanwhile. Your credit balance stays on your store's record and is available again if you reinstall. Publish or save anything you want to keep before you uninstall.

We may update these terms. The date in the footer shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
